Most parts are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Contender Performance Products Inc. offers no warranty, expressed or implied, and will not be liable for incidental, progressive, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
SHIFNOID WARRANTY
SHIFNOID warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use if properly installed for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced if returned prepaid along with proof of purchase. This shall constitute the sole remedy of purchaser and the sole liability of SHIFNOID. To the extent permitted by the law, forgoing is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties or representations, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. In no event shall SHIFNOID be liable for special or consequential damages.

We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately and backordered items as they become available. You will only be charged for items when they are shipped, and you will only pay a portion of the total shipping and handling charge. The remainder of your order, including shipping, will be charged when your backordered merchandise is sent. Incorrect Orders
If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
